Due to the increased spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) throughout the world, the following guidelines and recommendations have been put in place to protect the wellbeing of our customers and colleagues.
As a Group we are constantly monitoring and adapting to the latest recommendations from the Government and the World Health Organisation.
For as long as possible we will continue to provide service to our customers, ensuring all have heating and hot water. When booking an engineer for a visit, we ask you inform us if you are showing any symptoms of the Coronavirus beforehand. This will allow us to assess the situation and provide a suitable solution, keeping both our customers and employees safe.
As this situation evolves, each appointment with an engineer will be reviewed and cancellations will be made if necessary. We understand the current situation is disrupting our customers on a day to day basis and we will therefore be prioritising urgent matters.
Regarding annual servicing, this is essential to maintain performance of your NIBE unit and retain your warranty. Servicing timescales may be affected during this period, but support and a flexible approach will be in place.

We have decided to postpone all training courses in Chesterfield for March and April. Training courses at remote locations will continue unless that venue itself closes or a member of staff is no longer available. Alternative dates will be released once the current situation is more apparent.
