How long have you been working with heat pumps?
I've been in the HVAC industry for 19 years and varying experience in heat pumps from AC splits (air to air) to 2MW commercial to residential air to water. Very varied!
What helps you keep motivated?
Being very goal oriented and always knowing the target.
What qualifications do you have?
I hold a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
What's your biggest achievement?
Professionally I would say it's being a part of organisational growth journeys in my career, something I thrive on and am looking forward to experiencing at NIBE. Personally I would say it's being a proud Father. Can I mention Wolves winning the Sherpa Van Trophy in 1988?........
What do you do in your spare time?
I like to (try to) keep in shape and I'm a keen runner. I also love The Wolves (did I mention we won the Sherpa Van Trophy in 1988?).........
Are you a dog or cat person?
Dog. I have a lovely Hungarian Vizsla called Vince.
How do you like your coffee?
White with one sugar please. At least 6 times a day!
What's your favourite TV show or film?
Very varied from The Godfather Trilogy to Inception to Airplane!

What's the best thing about working at NIBE?
Getting to work directly with NIBE’s high-end products, and really engage with them. There is so much room for creative thinking.

What helps you keep motivated?
I am passionate about being involved in new technologies and how the boundaries are being pushed in the sector. I am eternally interested in where we can take it next.
What's your biggest achievement?
Getting married and having children. I have two fantastic children, who I am super proud of.
What do you do in your spare time?
I try to spend as much time as I can with my children, but it’s getting harder and harder now that they are teenagers! I also love mountain biking at the weekends.
Are you a cat or dog person?
I’ve got two dogs, so I’m dog all the way.
How do you like your coffee?
Super strong, smoky and black.
What's your favourite TV show or film?
I’d say it would have to be Anchorman – it’s absolute genius through and through. Hot Fuzz comes close second.

Yes! It’s one of the greatest taste sensations!
What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learnt in life?
Life’s too short for bad coffee and bad beer.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Study harder at school.
What’s your favourite food?
I’ve only got into them recently, but I’d have to say tomatoes.
What’s your favourite drink?
I do like an NEIPA, which is a modern take on ale.

Getting this job at NIBE - twice! :-)
What do you do in your spare time?
I love good food and to travel. I am also a massive movie buff so love watching both old and new movies of any genre!

As a movie buff there isn't enough space to write my favourite movies! My current favourite TV show is Grey's Anatomy - I'm about 20 years late to the party but I love it!

What helps you keep motivated?
Living and breathing my job! Seeking out notable business opportunities and landing sales wins while building lasting, trusted relationships with both customers and colleagues.
What qualifications do you have?
I have A-Levels and GCSEs, but my biggest qualification is my 21 years’ experience in light-side and heavy-side merchanting and distribution, across plumbing and heating, renewables, bathrooms, and construction materials - the whole lifecycle of the customer journey.
What’s your biggest achievement?
My family and four children. Everything I do is for them and our future.
What do you do in your spare time?
Spending time with family. We love the local beach, wood and park walks in Hastings, and love to travel to new and interesting places.
Are you a cat or dog person?
No! I'm massively allergic to them, but we do have a miniature lop bunny, called Pebble.
What’s your favourite food?
Any Mediterranean-inspired vegetarian dish.
What’s your favourite drink?
I mainly just drink water, but on a rare night out or when on holiday, it’s got to be a ‘Dark and Stormy’!
What’s your favourite TV show or film?
My all-time classic movie favourites have to be the original Star Wars trilogy.
What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learnt in life?
Never keep your vinyl record collection within reach of your children!
What advice would you give your younger self?
If you find yourself living in a bubble, do your best to seek the support needed to get out of it. Never underestimate your value.

What helps you keep motivated?
My 5 year old and how what we do now will impact her in 50 years when she's my age.

What do you do in your spare time?
I'm a golfer, it's been in the family for generations with my father and brother having the option to turn professional. Although I'm way off that level it always makes me smile knowing that I'm the only one of them to have appeared on Sky Sports playing golf.

They both make me itch but dogs every day of the week as they don't look at you with disdain like cats do.

I'm a big fan of film and TV so this is a tough one but I'll go for The Big Bang Theory with Hot Fuzz a very narrow second place.

What's the best thing about working at NIBE?
It’s the people. The team is friendly and knowledgeable. Our management structure is non-hierarchical, and our ‘open door’ approach means help is never far away should you need it.
What helps you keep motivated?
I love the industry and dealing with housebuilders, and I love being involved in a renewable and sustainable product that is actually making a difference.
What’s your biggest achievement?
Establishing close relationships with customers and being there for them with integrity through the ups and downs. On a personal note, I’ve raised two children to the ages of 29 and 30 and I’m very proud of them.
What do you do in your spare time?
With my own housebuilding project underway, I spend a lot of time at the moment researching and keeping abreast of styles, décor and design. Normally, though, I’d prefer to be skiing or sailing.
Are you a cat or dog person?
I’m both really, but as we have four cats, I’d better say cats…
How do you like your coffee?
Anything through the Nespresso machine.
What's your favourite TV show or film?
Gladiator, and I hesitate to admit it but we’re in the middle of watching Below Deck at the moment.

What helps keep you motivated?
I’m naturally quite a driven person, and I enjoy working out solutions and adapting to new challenges. I much prefer working collaboratively rather than independently, and others inspire me to think creatively too. I’m also just nerdy about heating!
What qualifications do you have?
I have a BA in 3D design furniture and product, along with a variety of heating engineer qualifications including level 3 in heat pumps. Having been a heating engineer, I carried on with those so I can best do my job from a technical sales perspective.
What do you do in your spare time?
I’ve just bought a new house so I’m back into the joyous cycle of renovating, including installing my heat pump! I also enjoy hiking, food, the coast and castles around Newcastle, and some travel.

I like all animals equally!

Black, strong and decaf. To be honest, I prefer tea.

Various from A levels to degree courses in Social sciences like science of the mind, I am also a qualified personal trainer and yoga instructor.
What is your biggest achievement?
Raising 2 beautiful daughter alone and having a mass of amazing friends and family.

Watch movies and play on Xbox, trying lots of different extreme sports, snowboarding, paragliding, scuba diving etc

What's the best thing about working at NIBE?
Definitely the people! I absolutely love the team I work with, we work hard and the job is fast paced, but the people I work with mean there's never a dull moment, we all keep each other going and there's always something to make you laugh, even if it is Caroline's singing!!
How long have you been working at NIBE?
Since I joined NIBE in July 2023
What's your biggest achievement?
Not a personal achievement but seeing my Daughter graduate with both a first class honour's degree and a first class Masters degree and also watching my big little Brother cross the finish line of the London Marathon in 2022, proudest moments of my whole life, I'd be lying if I said I didn't cry
What do you do in your spare time?
On a weekend I volunteer as a receptionist at our local cancer hospice, Ashgate Hospice. I absolutely love getting out for a run along the local canal, which rather usefully helps to counterbalance my rather unhealthy obsession with Cadbury Wholenut! I also love spending time with my lovely Husband, especially a Monday evening watching Mastermind and trying every week to beat our highest score which is currently 35!
Are you a cat or dog person?
Cats, especially my rather chunky orange one, Oswald, but only because Velociraptor was not an option. Dinosaurs are life!

Seeing friends and family, walking, socialising, and the occasional bit of Golf.

What helps keep you motivated?
Meeting new engineers that don’t know about heat pumps, and seeing the lightbulbs coming on above their heads as they learn more. Especially motivating is getting people who were anti-heat pumps to realise the benefits.
What's your biggest achievement?
I lost a significant part of my hearing in my early 30s, but I have continued to fight to progress in my role. For someone with hearing difficulties, answering phone calls and speaking in public is very difficult, but I keep fighting!

Fifteen years
What do you do in your spare time?
I love to play in my band, especially at gigs – we’ll play anything that gets people up and dancing.
Are you a cat or dog person?
Probably more of a dog person. I’ve got a little cockapoo who makes me smile every day.

I prefer it to taste like tea!

I’ve recently been binging Clarkson’s Farm. I tried to eke it out over several nights but just couldn’t stop.

What's the best thing about working at NIBE?
I enjoy the variety of my role as I may be training new installers one day then working on a national trust house on the cliffs in Devon. Getting to meet lots of different people from all over the country and seeing parts of it that most people will never see.
How long have you been working with heat pumps?
I've worked on heat pumps for 17 years and air to air heat pumps for 10 years before that.
What helps you keep motivated?
My kids and the variety of my role.

I have many qualifications related to my role and trade along with my 100m swimming badge
What's your biggest achievement?
Proudly serving my country as a Royal Engineer and completing the London marathon.
What do you do in your spare time?
i enjoy keeping fit by going to the gym and playing footgolf (google it) which is a very social sport and gets you out in the open in all weathers. When I'm not playing I enjoy watching films and spending time with my kids, going out for walks and traveling to places the are off the beaten track.

What's the best thing about working at NIBE?
The best part of working for Nibe is undoubtedly obvious. We are leaders in the industry with technology that is extremely efficient. As a qualified FGAS engineer it's fair to say since I started work in 1977 god that makes me sound ancient

Everyday is a learning day and as a FSE meeting clients gives me such a buzz and the odd cuppa and slice of cake

I like coarse fishing, also member of an Air rifle club, play games on the old computer but not very good at that possibly an age thing

What's the best thing about working at NIBE?
I would definitely say the people. To have such a collection of colleagues that are friendly, fun and supportive but also hard working, dedicated and passionate about what they do, makes the working environment enjoyable. Something that can be rare to find.
What helps you keep motivated?
I would have to say, seeing results from the work that I do, especially supporting installers through their training journey to become NIBE Pro Installers and MCS Registered. I find it so rewarding supporting and watching people grow and develop.
What qualifications do you have?
As well as my G.C.SE's and A-Levels, I have continued undertaking qualifications throughout my career and I have gained numerous diplomas in areas of customer service, operational delivery profession, facilitating learning and development, managing the delivery of services to customers up to level 4 and most recently, NVQ in Change Management
What's your biggest achievement?
I would have to say completing my diplomas in a broad range of subjects and putting them to use in my professional capacity. I would also say that another big achievement was raising over £1,000.00 for the Royal British Legion by knitting poppies
What do you do in your spare time?
I like to spend quality time with close friends and family as much as I can, usually going out for a meal and a drink. I sometimes like to lock myself in the kitchen experimenting creating new dishes and I also like knitting, mostly stuffed toys

I like my coffee strong and lots of it

I have to say I do like the TV series Columbo and one of my favourite films would have to be Green Mile

What’s the best thing about working at NIBE?
I would have to say the people. I work in a great team which
makes facing new challenges even more enjoyable. Attending events is also a lot
of fun as I get to see those who don’t work in the office. I have a great spot
in the office so it’s always easy to speak to those around me.
What helps you keep motivated?
Seeing the impact of the work I am doing is always a strong
motivating factor. Working towards and achieving a common goal is also a good
motivator as achieving things as a team is better than achieving
them alone in my opinion.
What’s your biggest achievement?
I’d have to say completing my master’s degree. It was certainly a challenge but it’s helped put me in the position I am today so it was definitely worth it
What do you do in your spare time?
I spend a lot of time with my girlfriend. We’re quite
outdoorsy so enjoy going on walks and getting out and about. We also watch a
lot of TV together, most recently Traitors which was surprisingly good. Currently we're watching Detectorists. When I’m by myself I watch a lot of sports and I play
fantasy football. I play guitar as
well
