Robin Adderley - Sales Director

Robin joined NIBE just three years after the company launched in the UK, starting as a Technical Sales Engineer and working his way up to Sales Director in 2016. With a background in plumbing and heating, including roles at Wolseley and Daikin, he quickly saw the potential of heat pumps and hasn’t looked back.

Today, he leads a team of 11, supporting them in delivering NIBE’s full heat pump and heat networks portfolio to customers across the country.

What’s the best thing about working at NIBE?

The culture – both here in the UK and in Sweden. There’s a real sense of pride and integrity in how things are done.

What motivates you?

I’m naturally driven – I like to have a purpose and see results.

What do you do in your spare time?

I spend most of my time with my two children, but when I get the chance, I enjoy fishing for a bit of peace and quiet.

Dog or cat person?

I’ve got a cat! I like dogs too, but I’d probably end up being the one walking it.

Favourite food and drink?

Italian food every time – with coffee in the morning and a beer in the evening.
