Charlotte joined NIBE in 2018 as a graduate marketing executive after completing her degree in Business Management and Marketing at Nottingham Trent University. Before beginning her career, she travelled across Africa and Asia, gaining valuable global perspective and curiosity that she brings into her role today.

Over her seven years in the heat pump industry, Charlotte has advanced within the marketing team and now leads marketing communications. Her work focuses on strengthening NIBE’s brand presence across the UK renewables sector through impactful events, strategic advertising and compelling case studies that showcase customer success stories.

Charlotte loves the strong team spirit at NIBE and takes pride in representing a brand with such an impressive heritage and product reputation.
