Background
Tom joined NIBE in May 2024, bringing with him two years of experience in the HVAC industry, where he focused on heat, gas and water meters. Although his academic background is in law, with an undergraduate degree in Law and a master’s degree in Sports Law, his career has been firmly rooted in technical industries where he thrives on problem-solving and supporting clients.

In his role as Internal Account Manager, Tom supports installers along their NIBE journey, providing bespoke project support through sizing and specification. He enjoys working with a diverse range of installers at different stages, whether long-term partners or those new to NIBE products, and is focused on building strong, lasting relationships that help installers succeed.
