Lisa Saich – Installer Development Administrator
“Learning a new industry has been exciting, but the best thing about NIBE is the people and the culture. It feels amazing to be part of an organisation where we support each other and encourage one another to be the best we can be.”
Lisa began her career in retail, working at Kwik Save and later Currys Electrical, before moving into the Civil Service with the Ministry of Justice. Over 12 years, she gained wide-ranging experience as an administrator, line manager, accredited trainer, and project contributor, including work embedding Lean (continuous improvement) methodology into operations.
Lisa first joined NIBE to provide short-term administration support. She later returned permanently to help build the Installer Development and NIBE Pro Partnership function, drawing on her skills in process creation, training and customer service.
Now with NIBE for five years, Lisa plays a key role in the training department, from processing course bookings and managing diaries to supporting installers through their full training journey. She also contributes to strategic partnerships such as the recent collaboration with GTEC. With a strong passion for learning and development, she takes pride in guiding installers from initial enquiry through to certification.

So many to mention, but curry and pasta are right up there.
