Russell is an experienced operations leader with a strong track record of building and scaling service operations within the clean tech and home energy sectors. He has held senior roles at companies including Aira and Hometree, where he played a key role in developing national service delivery models across the UK, helping to improve performance, efficiency and customer experience at scale.

"Seeing things go from idea to reality is what drives me - building something that makes a real difference.”

At NIBE, Russell leads the launch of the direct-to-consumer channel for NIBE Home, a significant step in the company’s growth strategy. His focus is on building the operational platform from the ground up, creating the structure, processes and capabilities needed to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer journey. From initial enquiry through to installation and aftercare, Russell is focused on ensuring every touchpoint reflects the quality and reliability associated with the NIBE brand.

He is particularly motivated by the opportunity to build something new within an established and respected business, combining entrepreneurial thinking with the strength of NIBE’s heritage. For Russell, success comes from turning ideas into reality, improving how things work and seeing the tangible impact on both business performance and customer satisfaction.
