The scheme is specifically designed to guide heating engineers on their journeys to becoming a heat pump installer, steering them through the MCS certification process from start to finish as well as providing best-in-class digital tools, technical support and business support.

Training at No Long-Term Expense 

Providing an accessible and comprehensive package of support to installers looking to upskill in heat pumps, NIBE Pro training costs are fully redeemable through the NIBE Pro voucher scheme, meaning installers can recover the costs of gaining an industry-recognised qualification (MCS) by purchasing NIBE products once they’ve completed the training.

Enhancing the journey to becoming a heat pump installer

The NIBE Pro scheme has recently been enhanced with the launch of a new NIBE Pro portal. Exclusively available to installers on the scheme, the portal enriches the NIBE Pro journey by providing installers with best-in-class technical information, marketing support and a history of their installations
