Regional Sales Manager (Team Management Responsibility)
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – East England

The Role
This role will be responsible for creating demand for our market leading ranges of Heat Pumps and HVAC solutions within the designated sales territory, and across our key sales channels'
The person will be responsible for gaining NIBE product specifications within the defined customer segments, cultivating long term relationships and a broad network of contacts. The successful candidate will actively manage projects through the specification and tender process to fulfilment.
The role will also include responsibility for leading a team of internal sales executives whose primary role is following installer leads, managing existing installer sales base, developing and winning new business. Therefore, the role includes a requirement to be office based two days per week in Derbyshire.
What will you do?
- Sell and specify heat pump products and associated accessories within the building services / heating sectors.
- Manage and grow existing accounts and drive new business through agreed channels.
- Maintain and develop a continuous pipeline of specified projects.
- Proactively target clients and projects within the defined customer segments
- Respond to and provide proposals for project enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and set KPIs.
- Maintain comprehensive records within the company CRM system.
- Carrying out CPD presentations and attend exhibitions when required.
- Ensure a strong team spirit within the team and assist with their tasks offering guidance, support and motivation
- Line management of Internal Account Managers, including KPI tracking.
- Provide weekly update on orders, sales and key meetings
- Selection and recruitment of new Internal Account Management Team staff
- Comply fully with all EH&S, Code of Ethics and Business Practises.
What will you bring?
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B business sales role.
- Competent understanding of HVAC systems with a focus on heat pumps
- Knowledge of building and funding legislation
- Good contacts and relationships within the relevant market sectors.
- A demonstrable record of business development and sales success.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and CRM packages.
- A desire to develop people management and leadership skills
- Full UK Driving Licence.
