With more than 12 years' experience working with national and regional housebuilders, Ben has built his career helping developers navigate building regulations, low-carbon technologies and the transition to future-ready homes. His technical expertise and commercial approach make him a valuable addition to the NIBE team as we continue supporting the move towards more sustainable new-build housing. 

What's the best thing about working at NIBE? 

"The quality of the products and having a genuine solution for every scenario." 

What motivates you? 

"Turning technical complexity into something a customer can commit to with confidence. The Future Homes Standard is a step change for the industry, and with it comes the shift to heat pumps. For many housebuilders that's a significant change. NIBE's product range genuinely supports that transition and my role is to make it easy for developers to see how."

What do you do outside of work? 

"Family time with my wife and two children takes up most of my downtime. Beyond that, I play rugby, watch Leeds United and, for balance, I'm equally happy at a ballet or a musical." 

Dog or cat person? 

"Definitely dogs. We had the cutest Goldendoodle called Snoop." 

Favourite food and drink? 

"Genuine fresh Italian food (my wife has Italian heritage), although honestly not much beats a good bacon sandwich. Drinks-wise, I always seem to end up choosing the pink one on the menu!"
