We offer high-tech heat pump solutions for heating, ventilation, cooling and heat recovery that reflect today's demand for sustainable construction.

About the role

This role will be responsible for creating demand for our market leading ranges of Ground Source, Air Source and Exhaust Air Heat Pumps within the designated sales channel.

The person will be responsible for gaining NIBE product specifications and sales within the new build channel, cultivating long term relationships and a broad network of contacts. The successful candidate will work alongside the wider team to actively manage projects through the specification and tender process to fulfilment.

What will you do?

  • Sell and specify heat pump products and associated accessories within the new build channel
  • Manage and grow existing accounts and drive new business through agreed channels.
  • Maintain and develop a continuous pipeline of specified projects
  • Support the National Sales Manager to secure preferred supplier agreements.
  • Proactively target clients and projects within the defined customer segments
  • Supported by the Pre-Sales design team, respond to and provide proposals for project enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and set KPIs
  • Maintain comprehensive records within the company CRM system
  • Carrying out CPD presentations and attend exhibitions when required

What will you bring?

  • Competent understanding of HVAC systems with a focus on heat pumps
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B business sales role.
  • A demonstrable record of business development and sales success
  • Good contacts and relationships within the relevant market sectors.
  • Knowledge of building and funding legislation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and CRM packages.
  • A desire to develop people management and leadership skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
