NIBE Smart Price Adaption
With Smart Price Adaption, the heat pump receives information about the electricity prices for the next 24 hours and then adapts the operation to these. The function is based on information about the hourly prices of the coming day from the electricity exchange NordPool Spot. The prices in combination with expected heating and hot water needs then automatically control the heat pump. This is in order to reduce energy costs and which in the long run contributes to a smaller environmental impact.
The VCC range provides the dedicated hydraulic reversing valve required to enable active cooling in NIBE four pipe installations. By using the QN12 motorised valve, the VCC 11 diverts the heat pump’s charge flow toward the cooling circuit whenever cooling mode is activated, while returning flow to the heating system at all other times. The actuator mounts using a simple adapter and spring clip system, allowing quick assembly on site, and switches position in around eight seconds to maintain stable cooling performance. VCC 11 is rated for up to 17kW cooling output.
The CPD 11-25/75 is a high-efficiency circulation pump, rated to 7.5 bar, designed to ensure stable and reliable flow within NIBE heating and cooling systems. Supplied as a compact, pre-assembled pump unit, it provides consistent circulation for underfloor heating, radiator circuits, buffer charging and other secondary loops where dependable flow is essential for correct heat-pump operation.
The NIBE K11 control box provides installers with a complete and dependable electrical control solution for IU immersion heaters, combining an adjustable thermostat with a three-pole safety temperature limiter for secure and compliant operation. The unit is internally pre-wired and uses a clear, structured terminal layout to simplify electrical connection and reduce commissioning time.
The NIBE IU immersion heater range offers a robust and flexible electric heating option for cylinders, accumulator tanks and buffer vessels. Constructed using high quality tubular copper, the heaters are designed for long service life in sealed heating and hot water systems. Installation is straightforward thanks to the standardised thread and compact heater design, making the IU range suitable for both primary electric heating and backup or supplementary heating within NIBE systems. IU 6 is available at 6kW output.
Makes hot water priority possible at large heat pump outputs. (charging power between 15 and 40 kW), together with an SMO 10 and F1330-40. This also requires a hot water accumulator, for example, NIBE VPA.

Provides the heat pump together with SMO 10 to prioritise hot water charging on systems with floating condensing. This also requires a hot water accumulator, for ex. NIBE VPA. Hot water control for max.electric charge output: 18 kW
Back-up electric immersion heater - 26kW
Three phase back-up electric immersion heater - 15kW
Room sensor used to obtain a more even indoor temperature. RTS 40 has up to three functions: Show current room temperature in the heat pump's display. Option of changing the room temperature in °C. Makes it possible to change/stabilise the room temperature.
Auxiliary relay HR 10 is a connection box housing a contactor and a rotary selector switch. It is used to control external 1 to 3-phase loads such as oil burners, immersion heaters and pumps.
Communication module that translates Modbus RTU, from a solar inverter, to Modbus TCP/IP, for the heat pump to control the solar inverter
