There's two options to choose between:

Option 1: "Select page(s) with childpages containing the module NB FAQ Item" and select a page with the "NB FAQ LIST" -module added to it and then add your FAQ Items by creating sub pages.

Option 2: "Select pages containing the module NB FAQ Item" and select page(s) with FAQ Items already added to them.
