Terms and Conditions

1- Arrangements must be made to ensure access on to the site (i.e. security passes, if required).

2- Should an engineer require an induction course for site access, NIBE must be aware of this prior the attendance.

3- Any prices quoted are normal working hours (08:30 - 17:00) Monday - Friday.

4- Abortive visits will be invoiced to the client against either the original order number for the visit, or against a new order number issued by the customer and received by ourselves prior to the next visit.

5- Lost time that is beyond NIBE's control will be subject to an additional charge of £65 per hour + VAT.

6- Abortive calls, late cancellations (less than 12 hours notice) or installations that are not ready to run when we arrive on site, will be subject to a minimum surcharge of £250 + VAT.

7- If the visit takes place but cannot be completed because of the installation being incomplete or faulty, then an additional charge of £250+VAT will be made for a repeat visit

8- Subsequent requests for further visits will be at NIBE's discretion.
