Job Vacancy: Regional Sales Manager – South West


The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to cover the South West region, who will be responsible for creating demand for our market leading ranges of Ground Source, Air Source and Exhaust Air Heat Pumps within your designated sales territory. With the focus primarily on the heat pump installer and contractor customer segments, this role will be responsible for account managing and developing existing business with our NIBE Pro accredited installers as well as cultivating and growing new installers as part of our ambitious growth strategy.


What will you do?

  • Sell and specify heat pump products and associated accessories within the building services / heating sectors.
  • Maintain and grow existing business and actively increase new business, including supporting and developing the Installer network
  • Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and set KPIs
  • Maintain comprehensive records within the company CRM system
  • Carrying out CPD presentations and attend exhibitions when required


What will you bring?

  • A Proactive, self motivator who is customer focused with great attention to detail
  • Good contacts and relationships within the relevant market sectors
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B business sales role in the plumbing and heating industry, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of relevant product technologies
  • English and Maths A-level/GCSE or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and CRM packages
  • Full UK Driving Licence
