Job Vacancy: Internal Sales Administrator

The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Internal Sales Administrator, who will to the Sales Office Manager and will be based at our Head Office in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

What will you do?

  • Process, acknowledge and dispatch orders via ERP system
  • Maintain comprehensive customer records in company CRM System
  • Proactively inform customers of current order status
  • Working closely with Stock Control and Transport in relation to orders and deliveries
  • Deal with customer enquiries
  • Follow up sales leads in a timely and efficient manner
  • General Office Duties

What will you bring?

  • Strong customer focus and the ability to understand their needs and offer the right solutions and support
  • Excellent IT, organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a close-knit team, whilst having the confidence to handle issues independently and remain calm under pressure
  • A minimum of two years’ experience working in a sales environment would be an advantage
