We are looking for a customer focussed Technical Engineer to provide a full range of technical support for our products to our growing network of installers.
The role will be based at our head office however would require travel to visit customers on site or at their premises. Duties would include:
This role requires excellent IT, organisational and communication skills with a strong customer focus and someone who is comfortable talking in front of people.
The successful candidate should have a minimum Advanced City & Guilds in plumbing and heating with a minimum of two years experience in a related industry.
Refrigeration experience and any teaching skills would also be beneficial.
