Job Description

NIBE is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of renewable energy products. We supply homes with heat pump products that provide domestic hot water and ensure a comfortable indoor climate. NIBE's heat pumps range includes Ground Source Heat Pumps, Air Source Heat Pumps, Exhaust Air Heat Pumps and Solar Thermal Panels. We offer high-tech heat pump solutions for heating, ventilation, cooling and heat recovery that reflect today's demand for sustainable construction.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Office Manager/Supervisor who will be based at our Head Office in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

Key responsibilities will include:

    • Reporting directly to the Sales Director
    • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
    • Involvement in recruiting, and training of new sales Administrators
    • Supervise Sales Administrators and support external Sales Representatives to exceed set targets.
    • Supervise the team to ensure there is a focus upon improving customer service and maximising the customer experience.
    • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
    • Proactive approach towards business development.
    • Oversee the sales order processing and stock purchasing operations.
    • Support the team in dealing with customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Liaison with internal and external suppliers to ensure stock availability.
    • Ensuring orders are fulfilled on time in full.
    • Maintain stock accuracy
    • Monitoring of warehouse and transport KPIs to ensure high levels of service
    • General office supervisory duties.

The Person:

This role requires excellent IT, organisational and communication skills, a strong customer focus with a can-do attitude. Experience of supervising and developing a team within a sales environment. Strong commercial acumen and ability to execute commercial plans to deliver profitable results. Strong numeracy and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders. Demonstrate resilience, persistence, and a proactive approach to challenges and problem solving.

The successful applicant must have a minimum of two years’ experience of working in a supervisory position within a sales environment and knowledge of the heating or heat pump sectors would be an advantage.
