Internal Sales Administrator

NIBE is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of renewable energy products. We supply homes with heat pump products that provide domestic hot water and ensure a comfortable indoor climate. NIBE's heat pumps range includes, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Air Source Heat Pumps, Exhaust Air Heat Pumps and Solar Thermal Panels. We offer high-tech heat pump solutions for heating, ventilation, cooling and heat recovery that reflect today's demand for sustainable construction.

We are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Administrator who will be based at our Head Office in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

Key responsibilities would include:

  • Reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
  • Producing delivery notes and invoices.
  • Following up sales enquiries.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries.
  • General Office Duties.
  • Following up on sales leads.
  • Arranging transport.
  • Processing orders.

The Person:

This role requires excellent IT, organisational and communication skills, a strong customer focus with a can do attitude, with a genuine interest in helping and supporting customers, a polite and friendly attitude. The successful applicant must be able to work as part of a close knit team, whilst having the confidence to handle issues independently and remaining calm under pressure. A minimum of two years’ experience of working in a sales environment would be an advantage.
