The pellets burners are tested and approved by SP for effectiveness, security and emmissions.
How does a pellets burner work?
PB 10 is a robust screw fed burner for pellets firing. It has a thermosttatically controlled system with unique electrical ignition for pellets. The control system ignites and extinguishes the flame as requried by the heating demand of the house and makes it comfortable to use pellets all year round.
Today I use wood, can I convert to a pellets burner?
In most cases, yes.
How much work is involved heating with pellets?
Normally 10- 15 min per week.
Wich volume of pellets is required to heat a normal house for a year?
5-7 ton/year (30 000 kWh/year)
Pellet versus oil?
2,1 ton pellets or approximately 3 cubic meters corresponds to one cubic meter of oil.
